| REFUSED SHIPMENTS: A $20.00 service charge is added to all accounts when a COD shipment is refused. All future orders will be by credit card only. |

| PAYMENT TERMS: All orders will be shipped COD with money order or Certified check, or you may charge to your VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card. Because we do not have the expense of collecting bad checks or overdue accounts, we are able to keep our prices as low as possible. |

| VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER ORDERS: Orders being charged to a credit card can only be shipped to the card holder and the address at which the credit bills are received. Credit card orders cannot be shipped to any other person. For your protection, we do not keep credit card numbers on file. | SHIPPING POLICY: We will make every attempt to ship your order promptly upon approval. We ship most orders within 24 hours or less. In some circumstances, immediate shipment may not be possible. If you require special shipping or guaranteed delivery, please call our office to discuss the necessary arrangements. We endeavor to estimate actual freight as accurately as possible at time of order. However, in some circumstances, additional charges may apply.
